Your Initial Consultation

Phase One: Learn It!

Once you’ve had your initial consultation and you’re ready to get started on your weight loss journey, your Why Weight coach will have you take your Calorie Carrier formula three times each day. You’ll weigh yourself each morning, and text back and forth with your coach. Water intake is also crucial during this period. 

Before phase one begins, you’ll also have a detailed, easy-to-understand list of allowable foods. These foods are designed to get your body into fat-burning mode. For most clients, this is typically a 40-day period. 

Phase Two: Lose It!

After you’ve been in fat-burning mode for long enough, your body will naturally reset its metabolism and hypothalamus, as well as your weight set-point and hormonal balance. Contrary to what you might think, your coach will have you stay within 2 pounds of your new weight during this three-week period. You’ll also be taught on how to incorporate more foods into your diet. Daily communication with your coach is crucial at this point! 

Phase Three: Live It!

The final phase of the Why Weight strategy will help you set healthy eating habits for life. At this point, you’ll be able to enjoy even more foods that you weren’t able to eat in the previous weeks. It’s also at this point where you’ll need a lifelong understanding of foods that serve as an obstacle to maintaining your healthier body.
